04 Aug CEMA 2025 Rescheduled for October

Registration is NOW OPEN for the rescheduled Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) Conference, set for October 28 – 29, 2025, at Water’s Edge Event Center in Belcamp, MD.

The theme of this CUI//NOFORN event will be “All-Domain Operations in Support of the Deep Fight”.

CEMA 2025 advances last year’s narrative of “EW Overmatch” to one of “All-Domain Operations” where division commanders have multiple capabilities at their disposal to achieve shaping or decisive effects in the deep fight. It is the artful combination of human and machine integrated capabilities for crewed and uncrewed teaming and leveraging autonomous platforms (not soldiers) to make first contact with the enemy. This summit will focus on the synchronization of manned and unmanned capabilities, while utilizing intelligence sources and advanced sensors to help sense, identify, effect, and facilitate better decision-making to produce the desired advantage.
